Are there any commitments or contracts?
No! All of our plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time without penalties.
How does the free trial work?
Start with a 14-day free trial—no credit card required. You'll have access to all Core features during your trial. After 14 days, choose the plan that works best for your business.
How do I know which plan is best for my business?
Every plan includes every feature — scheduling, jobs, requests, estimates, invoicing, the works. The only difference is seats: Core is 1 user, Teams is up to 5, and Team Pro is up to 15. Add SMS Marketing for campaigns and the AI Receptionist to answer the calls you miss. You can always start solo and add seats as you grow.
What is the AI Receptionist?
A $69/month add-on that answers your missed calls and texts 24/7, has real conversations with customers, captures their details as leads, and tells them your team will follow up. It includes 50 AI-handled conversations per month, then $0.99 per extra conversation — and you can take over any conversation yourself at any time. Voicemail-to-lead capture works on any plan once you have a TrustPro number. Missed-call text-back also needs texting enabled on that number, which means carrier registration and a TrustPro balance.
Can I change plans?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing differences.
What accounting software does TrustPro sync with?
TrustPro syncs with QuickBooks Online — customers, invoices, payments, and refunds push to your books automatically as you work. It's included on every plan, even solo Core, while competitors like Jobber and Housecall Pro reserve QuickBooks sync for their higher tiers. Your bookkeeper shouldn't cost you a plan upgrade. (QuickBooks Online only — Intuit is phasing out Desktop, and Xero and FreshBooks aren't supported.)
