Jobber's Price Increases: What Jobber Really Costs in 2026
Jobber raised prices again this year. I pulled the live pricing page and four archived versions of it on August 17, 2026: Core is now $49/month with no commitment, up from $39 in February. Connect for a five-person crew is $199, up from $169. Grow for ten users is $399, up from $349. Plus for fifteen users is $699, up from $599. But the headline number isn't where most of the increase lives — it's in the seats.
- Current no-commitment monthly list prices (checked Aug 17, 2026): Core $49 (1 user), Connect $139–$399 (1–15 users), Grow $199–$499, Plus $499–$699 (sales-assisted only). Extra seats are $29/mo each. Annual prepaid is cheaper: Core $29, Connect $99–$299, Grow $149–$399, Plus $399–$529.
- Prices rose mid-2026. Against Jobber's own archived pricing page from February 10, 2026: Core +$10 (+26%), Connect at 5 users +$30 (+18%), Grow at 10 users +$50 (+14%), Plus at 15 users +$100 (+17%).
- The seat re-bundling is the bigger increase. In June 2022, Connect included up to 7 users for $149/mo and Grow included up to 30 users for $299/mo. Today Connect gives you 5 users for $199 and Grow tops out at 15 for $499. Extra users went from $19/mo to $29/mo.
- QuickBooks Online sync is still gated above the entry plan. A solo contractor who needs it has to be on Connect — $99/mo annual prepaid or $139/mo month-to-month — instead of Core at $29–$49.
What does Jobber cost in 2026?
Jobber publishes its pricing, which already puts it ahead of the enterprise crowd — see our ServiceTitan pricing teardown for what happens when a vendor doesn't. But the page has gotten complicated. As of August 17, 2026 there are four plans, four team-size bands, and three different billing options for each combination: month-to-month with no commitment, monthly billing on a 12-month commitment, and annual prepaid. Same plan, three different prices.
On top of the plan: extra seats are $29/month each above the band you're on. Add-ons are priced separately — Marketing Suite $99/mo, Jobber AI Receptionist $29/mo, Sales Pipeline $49/mo. Payment processing is 2.9% + 30¢ for credit cards, 2.7% + 30¢ for Tap to Pay, 1% for ACH bank payments, and an additional 1% for instant payouts. The free trial is 14 days on the Grow plan, no credit card.
Has Jobber raised its prices? Here's the archived record
Yes — repeatedly, and in two different ways at once. You don't have to take a forum post's word for it. Jobber's own pricing page has been archived on the Wayback Machine for more than a decade. I pulled four snapshots plus today's live page and put the no-commitment monthly list price next to the seat count for each one. The seat count is where the real story is.
Plus isn't in that table because it didn't exist for most of it — there's no Plus plan on the 2022, 2023 or 2024 snapshots. It shows up on the February 2026 page at $599/month for 15 users and it's $699 today.
The seats shrank faster than the prices rose
Read the 2022 row again. Connect was $149/month and covered seven people. Grow was $299/month and covered thirty. Then Jobber cut the bundles: Connect dropped to 5 seats by mid-2023, Grow dropped to 15 that same year and to 10 by 2026. Simultaneously the overflow rate went from $19 to $29 per seat.
Run the same crew through both pages and the increase stops being subtle. A seven-person shop paid $149/month on Connect in June 2022. Today that same seven people is Connect at the 5-user band, $199, plus two seats at $29 — $257/month, a 72% increase. A thirty-person operation paid $299/month on Grow in 2022. Today that's Grow's 15-user band at $499 plus fifteen overflow seats at $29 — $934/month, a 212% increase for the same plan name and the same head count.
Where Jobber got cheaper, honestly
Two things moved the other way, and leaving them out would be dishonest. Core's annual price went from $39/month in 2022 to $29/month today — the entry point for a solo operator is genuinely cheaper than it was four years ago, and cheaper than most published competitors. And a restructure sometime after the June 2024 snapshot added 1-user variants of Connect and Grow, so a solo who needs QuickBooks sync now pays $99/month annual instead of being pushed to a 5-seat bundle. What disappeared: the Lite plan at $19/month, which existed in the June 2023 snapshot and is gone today. The cheapest way into Jobber is now Core.
What's gated behind each Jobber tier?
Jobber's tiers are feature ladders, not just seat counts, and the two features contractors most often get stuck behind are QuickBooks Online sync and two-way texting. Here's the lowest plan that includes each one, and what it costs to get there for a single user. All feature assignments below are taken verbatim from the plan cards on getjobber.com/pricing as of August 17, 2026.
The QuickBooks line is the one that costs contractors the most money for the least product. Accounting sync starts on Connect, and switching accounting packages doesn't get you around it — Jobber's help center says the Xero integration is available “on the Connect and Grow plan” too. For a solo operator that's a $70/month premium over Core on annual billing, or $840 a year, to push invoices into your accounting software. Nothing else about Connect may be relevant to you. Your bookkeeper's convenience is the upsell.
What a real crew actually pays: the per-seat math
Plan prices are easy to compare wrong, because the seat bundles differ between vendors. Here's the same crew sizes priced at month-to-month list rates, on the cheapest Jobber plan that includes QuickBooks sync (Connect) and on the plan most crews actually end up on (Grow, because that's where two-way texting and job costing live).
Two things fall out of that table. First, Jobber's per-seat cost improves as you grow, which is normal — but the feature you moved up a tier for doesn't get cheaper, and the tier premium compounds across every seat. Second, dormant seats are pure margin loss: at $29/month, three people who haven't logged in this quarter cost you $1,044 a year. Jobber doesn't reclaim seats for you.
For what it's worth on the comparison row above: TrustPro is our product, it prices at $29/mo for one user, $149/mo for up to five, and $299/mo for up to fifteen, and every feature — including QuickBooks Online sync — is on every plan, so there's no tier to climb for an integration. It's month-to-month. It also does the one thing none of these tools do, which is check the customer before you quote them; if that's new to you, start with how to vet a customer. What Jobber has that we don't: a much larger app marketplace, franchise/multi-location programs, and a longer track record at 15+ crews. The head-to-head is on TrustPro vs Jobber.
Should you renew? Run this 20-minute usage audit first
The reason renewal increases hurt is that almost nobody re-derives the buying decision — you just approve the charge because migrating sounds worse. Do this instead. It takes about twenty minutes and it gives you a number, not a feeling.
- Pull your last two invoices from Jobber. Write down the plan, the seat count you're billed for, add-ons, and the billing option. Compare the two invoices — if the amount changed, you already know your renewal escalator.
- Count seats that are actually used. Open your team list and check last-login. Every unused seat is $29/month, $348/year. This is usually the single biggest recoverable line.
- Mark the tier-only features you used in the last 90 days. Not features you like — features that touched a real job. QuickBooks sync, automated follow-ups, two-way SMS, job costing, custom automations. Be strict.
- Price the tier below. Using the gating table above, work out what dropping one tier would cost you in features and save you in dollars. If one feature is the only thing holding you where you are, you now know exactly what that feature costs.
- Check what your billing option does on cancellation. Month-to-month with no commitment ends at the period. The 12-month commitment keeps billing you through the term. Annual prepaid is non-refundable. This determines when you can act, not whether you should.
- Price the switch honestly. Export clients, quotes, invoices, and job history first — before you cancel anything. Then budget the real cost: a weekend of setup, a week of your crew being slower, and any custom automations you'd rebuild. If your annual savings don't clear that, staying is the right call and you should stop agonizing about it.
When Jobber is still worth the money
I'm not going to pretend Jobber is a bad product because it raised prices. It's one of the better-built tools in this category and there are shops for which the 2026 pricing is still a fair trade. Specifically:
- You use the tier you're paying for, daily. A five-person crew on Grow at $299/month is about $60 a seat for QuickBooks sync, two-way texting, job costing, automated follow-ups, and custom automations. If all five of those run every day, that's defensible money.
- You're deep in the app marketplace. Jobber advertises 100+ integrations. If your payroll, marketing, and accounting all hang off Jobber connections you built, migration cost is real and probably exceeds a year of the increase.
- You're a franchise or multi-location operation. Jobber runs a dedicated partnerships program for that; most small-crew tools, ours included, don't.
- You're solo and Core covers you. Core at $29/month on annual billing is a genuinely competitive published entry price. If you don't need QuickBooks sync, there's not much to fix.
Where it stops making sense: you're on Connect solely for QuickBooks sync, you're on Grow using mostly Core features, you're paying $29/month for seats nobody logs into, or you're a one-truck operation being priced like a five-truck one. Those are the four patterns the audit above is designed to catch, and all four are fixable without leaving.
If the audit says leave, price the alternatives by your actual segment rather than by feature-list length. Solo operators should start with the best software for a one-person service business. Small crews weighing the two mainstream options should read Jobber vs Housecall Pro before they assume the grass is greener. Anyone being courted by an enterprise platform should read what that actually costs in our ServiceTitan pricing teardown first — the answer is $245–$398 per technician per month, user-reported, plus a $5,000–$15,000 implementation fee. And if you've already decided, the Jobber alternative page covers what switching to us actually involves.
Frequently asked questions
Did Jobber raise its prices in 2026?
Yes. Comparing Jobber's live pricing page on August 17, 2026 to its own archived version from February 10, 2026: Core went from $39 to $49 per month, Connect at 5 users from $169 to $199, Grow at 10 users from $349 to $399, and Plus at 15 users from $599 to $699. Those are no-commitment monthly list prices.
How much does Jobber cost per month in 2026?
As of August 2026, Jobber's no-commitment monthly list prices are $49 for Core (1 user), $139–$399 for Connect (1–15 users), $199–$499 for Grow, and $499–$699 for Plus, which is sales-assisted. Annual prepaid is cheaper: $29 for Core, $99–$299 for Connect, $149–$399 for Grow, $399–$529 for Plus. Additional seats are $29 per month each.
What plan do I need for Jobber to sync with QuickBooks?
Connect or higher. QuickBooks Online sync is not included on Jobber's Core plan, so the cheapest way to get it is Connect for one user at $99 per month on annual prepaid billing or $139 month-to-month — a $70 per month premium over Core on annual billing. Jobber's Xero integration is gated the same way: its help center lists Xero as available on the Connect and Grow plans.
Why did my Jobber bill go up when I added a crew member?
Jobber charges $29 per month for every user beyond the seats included in your plan band, and that rate itself went up from $19 in 2022. The bundles also shrank: Jobber's June 2022 pricing page included up to 7 users on Connect and up to 30 on Grow, while today's page includes 5 and 15 respectively at the top of each band.
Does Jobber require a contract?
It depends on the billing option you pick. As of August 2026 Jobber offers month-to-month with no commitment (cancel any time, ends at the period), monthly billing on a 12-month commitment (cancelling does not stop the monthly charges until the term ends), and annual prepaid (non-refundable, access continues to term end). Jobber's pricing FAQ said there were no commitments or contracts at all as recently as its February 2026 archived page.
