Our founder built his restoration company from zero to over $500k in revenue in 12 months. No ads. The engine was a referral funnel he built himself: SMS follow-ups to thousands of lead sources specific to his niche, across his state, nurtured consistently.
Growth doesn't protect you from the wrong customer. After a customer refused to pay for completed work, he went looking for a tool that could have warned him — and found that every platform on the market helps you manage jobs, but none of them protect you from the people you work for.
Two lessons came out of those years: never take a job blind, and consistent follow-up — not ad spend — is what actually grows a contracting business. Banks check credit before they lend. Landlords screen tenants. Contractors deserve the same insight, plus the referral engine that keeps the phone ringing.
TrustPro was built by someone who lives the work, not a product team guessing at it. Customer vetting, estimates, invoicing, payments, and follow-up in one platform — on iPhone, Android, and the web — shaped by the problems that actually cost contractors money.
