TrustPro Software Ltd ("TrustPro," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website at trustpro.io and our mobile applications (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect:

  • Email address (required for account creation and login)
  • Password (stored securely using industry-standard encryption)
  • Phone number (optional, for account recovery and notifications)

Business Information: You may optionally provide:

  • Business name and logo
  • Business address for invoicing purposes
  • Tax ID information (for invoices you generate)

Customer Data You Create: As a CRM platform, you input information about your customers, including:

  • Customer names, addresses, and contact information
  • Estimates, invoices, and payment records
  • Notes and communication history

Note: All customer data you enter belongs to you and is stored securely in your account. This data is account-specific and cannot be accessed without authentication.

Mobile Phone Number for SMS Program: If you voluntarily opt in to our optional SMS program (see Section 9), we separately collect your mobile phone number through our dedicated SMS opt-in page at trustpro.io/sms-opt-in. This information is used exclusively to deliver SMS messages you have consented to receive and is governed by the specific protections described in Section 9.

Payment Information:

  • We do NOT store credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or sensitive financial data.
  • All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
  • We only store reference identifiers provided by Stripe to link your account to your Stripe Connect account.

Automatically Collected Information:

  • Device information (type, operating system, app version)
  • IP address for security and fraud prevention
  • Usage data to improve the Service
  • Push notification tokens (if you enable notifications)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our Service
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send you technical notices, updates, and support messages
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns and trends
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (payment processing, data analytics, email delivery, hosting services)
  • Payment Processing: With Stripe and other payment processors to facilitate transactions

Important exclusion for SMS opt-in data: All of the categories of sharing described above expressly exclude mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information collected through our SMS opt-in program. Mobile opt-in data and consent information will never be shared with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing, promotional, or lead-generation purposes. Mobile phone numbers are only shared with our licensed SMS messaging service provider (for example, our messaging carrier partner) solely and exclusively for the purpose of delivering the messages you have consented to receive. 4. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with salt - we never store plain text passwords
  • Access controls requiring authentication for all account data
  • Secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard protections
  • Payment data handled exclusively by PCI-compliant Stripe

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

9. SMS/Text Messaging Program

TrustPro Ltd offers an optional SMS text messaging program. The SMS program is completely voluntary and separate from your use of the TrustPro Service. The following terms apply to the SMS program:

Program Name and Sender: All SMS messages are sent from TrustPro Ltd.

How You Opt In: The only way to opt in to receive SMS messages is by voluntarily visiting our dedicated SMS opt-in page at trustpro.io/sms-opt-in, entering your mobile phone number, affirmatively checking an unchecked consent checkbox, and submitting the form. Consent is evidenced by the affirmative action of checking the box and submitting the form.

What We Collect for the SMS Program: If you opt in, we collect only your mobile phone number. An optional email address may also be provided at your discretion but is not required to opt in to SMS.

Types of Messages You Will Receive: If you opt in, you may receive SMS messages from TrustPro Ltd consisting of promotional offers, product updates, and company news. We will not send message types outside of this scope without obtaining additional consent.

Consent Is Not Required for Any Service: Opting in to receive SMS messages is completely voluntary. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, service, transaction, or use of any feature of the TrustPro platform. You may create an account, use every feature of TrustPro, make purchases, and cancel your subscription without ever opting in to SMS. Declining to opt in will not affect your ability to use TrustPro in any way.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. TrustPro is not responsible for charges imposed by your wireless carrier.

How to Opt Out (STOP): You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages unless you re-subscribe through our opt-in page.

No Sharing of Mobile Information with Third Parties: TrustPro Ltd will not sell, rent, lease, loan, trade, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including marketing, promotional, or lead-generation purposes. Mobile opt-in information and consent are excluded from all information-sharing categories described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy. Mobile phone numbers are shared only with our licensed SMS messaging service provider (our messaging carrier partner) solely and exclusively for the technical purpose of delivering the specific messages you have consented to receive, and that provider is contractually prohibited from using your phone number for any other purpose.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

10. Why Account Registration is Required

TrustPro is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform where all data is inherently account-specific. Account registration is required because:

  • All CRM data (customers, invoices, estimates) belongs exclusively to your account and cannot exist without user identification
  • Your subscription and purchased features are tied to your account for access across all your devices
  • Team collaboration features require user identity for proper access control and permissions
  • Data security requires authentication to prevent unauthorized access to your business information

11. Apple App Store and iOS Users

If you access TrustPro through our iOS mobile application:

  • In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple's terms and privacy policy apply to those transactions.
  • We receive a transaction identifier from Apple to verify your subscription status, but we do not receive your Apple payment details.
  • Push notifications require your permission and can be disabled in your device settings at any time.
  • You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at privacy@trustpro.io.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

13. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your personal information remains protected.
