Program Description
TrustPro is a business communication platform that enables users to send SMS messages to their existing customers, clients, and business referral sources.
Message Types: Transactional updates, appointment reminders, follow-ups, relationship maintenance, and business communications.
How Consent is Obtained
1. Pre-Existing Business Relationships
All users of TrustPro agree that they will ONLY message contacts with whom they have a pre-existing business relationship, including:
- Current customers or clients who have provided their phone number
- Past customers within the last 18 months
- Business referral partners and professional contacts
- Contacts who have explicitly provided their number for business communication
2. Platform Terms of Service Agreement
During account registration, all TrustPro users explicitly agree to our Terms of Service, which include:
- Prohibition against messaging contacts without prior consent
- Requirement to maintain opt-out capabilities
- Compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and CTIA guidelines
- Agreement to only contact individuals with existing business relationships
3. Message-Level Consent
Recipients on the TrustPro platform have provided consent through:
- Sharing their phone number during business transactions
- Completing service intake forms that include contact preferences
- Providing their number for appointment scheduling or follow-ups
- Establishing a customer-business relationship where communication is expected
Opt-Out Process
All recipients can opt out at any time using any of these methods:
- Reply "STOP" - Recipients can reply with STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message
- Direct Request - Recipients can directly ask the sender to stop messaging them
- Automated Processing - Opt-out requests are processed immediately and automatically
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the nature of the business relationship. Typical use cases include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders (1-3 per appointment)
- Follow-up messages after service completion (1-2 messages)
- Periodic check-ins with existing customers (varies by business)
- Referral partner communications (as needed)
User Responsibilities
All TrustPro users are required to:
- Only message contacts with whom they have established business relationships
- Honor all opt-out requests immediately
- Ensure all messages are professional and business-related
- Maintain records of customer relationships
- Comply with all applicable federal and state regulations
Data Privacy & Security
TrustPro maintains strict data privacy and security standards. All contact information is:
- Stored securely and encrypted
- Used only for the intended business communication purposes
- Never shared with third parties without explicit consent
- Subject to our Privacy Policy and data protection regulations
