Workiz Pricing (2026): They Stopped Publishing It
As of August 2026, Workiz doesn't publish prices. All three plans on its pricing page — Standard, Pro and Ultimate — say "Request pricing." That's a change: an archived copy of the same page from May 2025 listed Kickstart at $225/mo, Standard at $275/mo and Pro at $325/mo, plus a free Lite tier. The per-seat rates are still in the fine print, and they're the most useful number left on the page.
- No published plan prices as of August 2026. Standard, Pro and Ultimate all show "Request pricing"; the free Lite and entry Kickstart tiers are gone from the page.
- What it used to cost (archived May 2025): Kickstart $225/mo ($187 annual, 1–3 members), Standard $275/mo ($229 annual, 1–5), Pro $325/mo ($270 annual, 1–5), Ultimate "let's talk", plus a free Lite plan capped at 20 invoices.
- Still disclosed in the footnotes: extra members cost $55/mo on Standard and $65/mo on Pro (annual payment) — so you can price growth even without a plan price.
- The trial is 7 days, no credit card — shorter than the 14 days Jobber, Housecall Pro and TrustPro each offer.
How much does Workiz cost per month?
There is no published answer anymore. I pulled workiz.com/pricing-plans on August 21, 2026: the page names three plans — Standard, Pro and Ultimate — describes what each includes, and puts a "Request pricing" button where each price used to be.
That matters more than it sounds. Published pricing is how a small contractor decides whether a platform is even in range before spending 45 minutes on a demo call. When it disappears, the only way to get a number is to become a lead — which is the point.
What Workiz used to charge — the archived record
You don't have to guess at the old numbers. Workiz's pricing page is archived on the Wayback Machine. The snapshot from May 23, 2025 shows a fully published five-tier lineup.
A later archived snapshot from June 11, 2026 already shows "Request pricing" in place of the numbers — so the change happened sometime between those two dates. Two tiers disappeared from the public page along the way: the free Lite plan and the $225 Kickstart entry point, which were the only two options a solo operator or a two-person shop could have afforded.
What you can still calculate without a quote
The disclosed seat rates let you price growth even when you can't price the plan. Standard and Pro each include five members; past that it's $55/mo or $65/mo per person on annual payment.
For context, those per-seat rates sit between Jobber's $29/mo and Housecall Pro's $100/mo on Essentials — the numbers behind our Housecall Pro pricing teardown. Workiz's seat economics are reasonable. It's the base plan price you can't see.
What to ask if you book the demo
If you're going to spend the call, get the numbers that actually determine your bill. In my experience these five questions surface everything that turns a quoted price into a bigger invoice.
- What is the monthly price for my exact head count, on both monthly and annual billing? Get both, in writing.
- Is there a minimum term, and what happens if I cancel mid-term? This is the question that costs people the most when they skip it.
- What does this price become at renewal? Ask explicitly whether the first-year number is promotional.
- Which of the Genius add-ons — Phone, Answering, Marketing — do I need for the workflow I just described, and what does each cost? They're sold separately and unpriced publicly.
- What are the payment-processing rates? On real volume this can outweigh the subscription entirely.
Then compare against the platforms that will just tell you. Jobber publishes a full seat-band grid, Housecall Pro publishes three plans and its seat charges, and TrustPro publishes $29/mo Core and $149/mo Teams with every feature on every plan (full disclosure: TrustPro is ours — see TrustPro as a Workiz alternative). ServiceTitan is the other one that publishes nothing, and we broke down what it actually costs in the ServiceTitan pricing teardown.
None of this means Workiz is a bad product — it has a strong reputation in locksmith, junk removal and appliance repair, and its phone and dispatch tooling is well regarded. It means you'll be buying it with less information than the alternatives give you, and that's a real cost when you're a small shop deciding where $3,000 a year goes. If you're at that stage, our guide to the best software for a one-person service business prices the realistic options side by side.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Workiz cost?
Workiz no longer publishes plan prices. As of August 2026 its pricing page shows "Request pricing" for Standard, Pro and Ultimate. An archived version of the page from May 2025 listed Kickstart at $225/mo, Standard at $275/mo and Pro at $325/mo on monthly billing, with annual rates of $187, $229 and $270 — a guide to the range, not a current quote.
Does Workiz still have a free plan?
Not on the public pricing page. A free Lite plan for up to two members, capped at 20 invoices, appeared in the May 2025 archived snapshot but is not listed as of August 2026. There is a 7-day free trial with no credit card required.
How much does Workiz charge per extra user?
Extra members cost $55/mo on the Standard plan and $65/mo on the Pro plan, on annual payment, per the fine print on Workiz's pricing page as of August 2026. Both plans include five members before the per-seat charge begins.
Why did Workiz stop publishing its pricing?
Workiz hasn't said. What's documented is the change itself: the pricing page listed specific figures in a May 2025 archived snapshot and showed "Request pricing" by a June 2026 snapshot. The practical effect is that you have to book a demo to learn whether the product is in your budget.
How long is the Workiz free trial?
Seven days, with no credit card required, per Workiz's pricing FAQ as of August 2026. That's shorter than the 14-day trials offered by Jobber, Housecall Pro and TrustPro.
