How does the free trial work?
Start with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to Core features: customer vetting, estimates, invoicing, and payments. When the trial ends, pick the plan that fits your business.
How much does TrustPro cost?
Core is $29/month for one user. Teams is $149/month for up to 5 users, and Team Pro is $299/month for up to 15 — every plan includes every feature, the tiers differ only by how many people can use it. Texting, calling, phone numbers and marketing campaigns run on your TrustPro balance, billed per use. Plans are purchased in the TrustPro app for iPhone and Android.
What are the payment processing fees?
Standard payouts are 3.1% with funds in your bank in 2 business days. Instant payouts are 4.1% (standard rate + 1%) and unlock after you've processed $10k — money in hours, not days.
Does TrustPro sync with QuickBooks?
Yes — TrustPro connects to QuickBooks Online, and your customers, invoices, payments, and refunds sync over automatically. It's included on every plan at no extra charge, while most competitors reserve QuickBooks sync for their higher tiers. QuickBooks Online only — Desktop isn't supported.
How does customer vetting work?
Before you quote a job, search the customer in TrustPro. You'll see verified contractor reviews and payment history from our network, so you know who you're working for before you commit your time and materials.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — TrustPro runs on iPhone, Android, and the web, and your data syncs across all of them. Create estimates on-site, send invoices from the truck, and get paid before you leave the driveway.
Can I add my team?
The Teams plan includes up to 5 team members with shared access to customers, jobs, and schedules. Larger crew or multiple locations? Contact us and we'll build custom pricing for your operation.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Canceling is just as easy — no penalties, no hoops.
How do I get set up?
You don't have to figure it out alone. Call or email us and a real person will help you set up your account, import your customers, and send your first estimate. Most contractors are up and running the same day.
